Jack de Boer

Founder | Director 

Jack is the founder of Pelagic Pro and the creator of the Tailor Pro™ sliding lure system. A passionate angler who spends countless hours fishing beaches and headlands, Jack started Pelagic Pro in 2026 to turn a simple idea into innovative fishing gear designed to help anglers land more fish.

During the week Jack works as an Exercise Physiologist. Outside of work he is usually on the water testing gear, refining ideas and chasing pelagic species along the coast.

Natalya Celotto

Director | Head of Social Media & Marketing

Natalya manages social media and marketing for Pelagic Pro. She is also a passionate fisherwoman who enjoys chasing pelagic’s whenever she gets the chance.

Natalya also caught the first ever pelagic fish on the original sliding lure prototype. While the design has since been refined and improved, that moment marked the first successful fish landed using the sliding lure concept.

Professionally, Natalya works as a Radioactive Chemist, bringing strong analytical thinking and attention to detail to the Pelagic Pro team.
