At Pelagic Pro, every product is built to perform. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging
  • Item must be in resalable condition
  • Proof of purchase is required

To start a return, contact info@pelagicpro.com.au with your order number and reason for return.


Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos.

We will provide:

  • A replacement, or
  • A full refund

at no cost to you.


Change of Mind

Returns for change of mind are accepted within 30 days.

Please note:

  • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense
  • Original shipping costs are non refundable
  • Items must meet return eligibility conditions

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow 3 to 7 business days for processing

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.


Non Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Used or damaged items not deemed faulty
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Clearance or final sale items

Important Information

  • Products should be rinsed with fresh water after use to maintain condition
  • Do not store rigs with the crimp seated inside the lure body, as this may cause corrosion over time
  • Normal wear and tear from use is not considered a fault
  • Pelagic Pro is not responsible for damage caused by misuse or improper rigging

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we are not responsible for lost returns
